Cuc Gach has become very popular and soared to the top of Vietnamese cuisine restaurants after a visit of the most powerful couple of Hollywood – Brangelina in November 2011. Located at the quiet and private residential area, Cuc Gach (means “brick” in Vietnamese) has the excellent retro décor which was cleverly renovated from a French colonial villa. The vibe of Cuc Gach is warm, homely with soft music in the background. This brand’s owner is an architect who has turned foodie with the motto “eat green, live healthy”. Cuc Gach features simple and fresh ingredients. The food is based on traditional Vietnamese home cooking with old countryside feeling. Top picks include homemade tofu, fish dishes and unique fruit juice. Cuc Gach uses the stem of a water morning glory as a straw and the topper of the bottle is also made of panda leaf. Architectural and gastronomic experience in one place! Staffs are well-trained, friendly and speaking English well.
